Jody Bradham Biography

Dr. Jody Bradham is a Senior Consultant for Bixler Consulting Group. He has been in the business of helping people for the past 17 years. As a licensed psychologist in both South Carolina and Georgia, his approach to client service delivery has evolved based on a combination of academic and “real-world” training. Jody holds a B.A. in Psychology from Clemson University, an M.C in Clinical Psychology from Middle Tennessee State University, and a PsyD in Psychology from Spalding University. In addition to his academic training, he has presented his research at the annual conferences of the American Psychological Association and the Southeastern Psychological Association.

His experiences with performance psychology - “Psychology in Action” – lie primarily in corporate and athletic settings. In the corporate setting, he has assisted both for-profit and not-for-profit organizations in defining their strategic plans for the future, improving leadership development and implementation, and increasing the health of both employees and the general corporate culture. In addition, Dr. Bradham has help companies better understand employee turnover, improve team dynamics, facilitate group cohesion, and increase employee productivity. In athletic settings, Jody has worked with youth, junior, collegiate, and adult athletes across a wide range of sports. Those clients who are able to follow through with insight-based action have historically seen the best outcomes from their efforts and the best returns on their investment from working with Dr. Bradham. He works collaboratively, but with emphasis on action; be that active efforts to understand or active efforts to implement.
