The Bixler 360-Degree Feedback Report©

Developed by Bixler Consulting Group, this report collects and relays confidential and specific feedback gathered from supervisors, peers, and direct reports in the areas of communication, professional presence, and leadership style. This honest and objective feedback provides a compelling perspective on how an individual is perceived in business and aligns it to that individual's self-perception. It provides a foundation for developing strengths and avoiding potential career pitfalls.

The Herrmann Brain Dominance Instrument (HBDI)

Ned Herrmann created the Herrmann Brain Dominance Instrument for General Electric more than 25 years ago. It is used by thousands of corporations throughout the world to measure thinking preference (not intelligence).

Once an individual or group has completed an HBDI profile, they will better understand their preference for logic, organization, interpersonal skills, and strategic thinking.  The results will help our clients leverage their strengths, assess their challenges, and optimally manage their communication and leadership styles.

The Hogan Leadership Forecast Series

The Hogan Leadership Forecast Series is a three-part evaluation for managers and executives to determine competencies and potential career pitfalls. The Hogan measures strengths and problematic behavior to offer specific developmental recommendations.

Part 1: Hogan Potential Report

Measures personality traits and evaluates strengths and competencies to enhance a professional's career. It uses seven scales to predict leadership performance.

Part 2: Hogan Development Report

Measures counterproductive activity and evaluates problematic behaviors that can impede career success. It uses 11 scales to show where effectiveness can be eroded, especially after prolonged interaction or during times of stress and heavy workloads.

Part 3: Motives, Values, Preferences Report

Measures personal standards and evaluates individual fit within a corporate culture, indicating the kind of work and environments people will find most satisfying. It looks at 10 scales that identify what gives meaning and motivation to an individual.

The Myers-Briggs Type Indicator Step II (MBTI)

More than 40 years of research and development have demonstrated the reliability and validity of the MBTI. This tool allows professionals to understand their personality preferences with respect to energy source, information gathering, decision making, and lifestyle/work patterns.

There are no right or wrong answers on the MBTI and no assumed "right" way to be. Rather, the results offer profound insight into business professionals' strengths and weaknesses, their impact on teams, leadership challenges, and paths to maximize personal and professional development.
